    WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

    Once your order is packed, we hand it over to the shipping provider. You'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

    Use the tracking number to check your order's status.

    SHIPPING COSTS:

    We currently offer free standard shipping across Australia.
    This is from a minimum order value of $15.

    Normally the shipping costs are $7.99.

    The safest option is the Insured Premium Shipping with tracking number - (insurance in case of theft / loss / or damage of the package). This shipping method costs $4.99.

    WHICH SHIPPING PROVIDER DELIVERS MY ORDER?

    The choice of shipping provider is determined by the size, weight, and type of the item. You can find out which provider will deliver your order by the tracking number we send you in the shipping confirmation. Our partners are: DHL, Hermes, and DPD.

    MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING?

    It can take up to 5 days for your tracking number to become active. If it’s still not working after that, feel free to contact us. We’re happy to help!
