Free Shipping Including Tracking to Australia
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Once we receive your payment, the order is immediately forwarded to our dispatch house for processing.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for every order in our store.
Delivery Times
Please note that there's no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we may send the goods in separate shipments unless we've made alternative arrangements with you. Delivery times in such cases are determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
Currently, delivery to P.O. Boxes isn't possible. Also, once an order is placed, we cannot make changes or cancellations. If you have questions once your order arrives, please contact us at hikecare@healthcheckaustralia.com
Late or Lost Orders
When placing your order, ensure you provide the correct delivery address as we can't be held responsible for missing packages sent to the wrong address or left with a neighbour or in an outbuilding.
Any discrepancies regarding missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at hikecare@healthcheckaustralia.com. We can only refund or replace lost items after 14 business days from the date of dispatch - at which point the courier service considers them as lost.
Parcels Marked as Delivered but Not Received
This can happen with deliveries to workplaces. Your parcel may have been delivered to a mailroom or colleague within your company, and someone else has signed for it.
In these instances, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the courier's website by filling in a signature request form.
Please be aware we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. Therefore, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
Why Was My Order Cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, our fraud filter might have marked your order as fraudulent. If you're certain this isn't the case, please ensure your billing address matches the payment method you used and try checking out again. Alternatively, place your order again using a PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can easily sign up at www.paypal.com.
Additional Costs
Please note we are not responsible for paying customs fees (import duties or taxes) on returns. You are responsible for all costs and fees related to returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method or request a postage receipt as we cannot refund lost returns.
Faulty Items
If you've received a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item(s) at hikecare@healthcheckaustralia.com
