Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return by mail.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the product if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Here's our email hikecare@healthcheckaustralia.com
If the goods are defective, we kindly ask you:
to provide a video showing the defect and the order number (e.g., #12484). Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at hikecare@healthcheckaustralia.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the warehouse address in Macedonia, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover the return shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is essential or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods that have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Restocking and Return Shipping Fees
No restocking fees apply. We send items with free shipping, but we don't offer free returns to our warehouse in Serbia.
This happens if the customer has bought the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item:
For defective products, no shipping charges apply. We will send you a new product at our expense. If the customer enforces the return by not accepting or not picking up the goods, then he bears the resulting return costs. We do not bear the costs for returning goods unless the goods are defective. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount. If an exchange is desired, the customer must bear the return shipping costs. The internal expenses for an exchange are free of charge for all customers.
This happens if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective:

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and you'll need to initiate a return upon receiving the package.

If the damage occurred after delivery (consumer-caused damage) or if the product is returned due to buyer's remorse or any reason not attributed to HikeCare Australia the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
