    Asserting the warranty claim:

    To assert claims from the warranty, it is necessary for customers to send these in writing by e-mail to the following address: info@my-garden-oasis.com
    Customers will be informed immediately about the further course of the complaint process after receiving their request. See right of withdrawal.

    Claiming in case of gifting:

    Regarding gifts, where a customer (Customer 1) purchases from us and gifts the product to another customer (Customer 2), invoking the warranty is only possible if Customer 2 possesses all relevant purchase data from Customer 1. This information includes the email address, order number, name, shipping address, and invoice details. It is essential that these details remain unchanged and are adopted in the same way for the complaint.

    Documentation requirement:

    A warranty claim can only be asserted if the customer attaches clear photos to their request. In this context, "clarity" means that the photos allow a clear identification of the size and color of the product in question and the underlying defect.

    Note on the warranty promise:

    The consumer has the free choice, even without asserting warranty claims, to claim the legally regulated buyer rights due to defects in the purchased item, including subsequent performance, withdrawal, price reduction, or damages. The respective limitation periods also apply.

    Liability:

    This warranty statement does not grant claims for compensation for consequential damages of any kind or other claims for damages.

    Deadline and limitation period:

    Claims from the warranty must be asserted immediately, but at the latest two weeks after the occurrence of the damage. After this period has expired, the enforcement of rights from the warranty is excluded. The limitation of claims from the warranty occurs six months after the expiry of the warranty period.
